What types of greeting cards do you offer?
I currently offer a limited selection of Christmas greeting cards that I've designed over the past five years. Each year, I created a new style and sent these to clients, but I have some leftover stock from each design.

Will these cards be reprinted?
These are all single-run designs, so once they sell out, they’re gone! I don’t plan on reprinting them unless there’s a significant demand. So if you see something you love, grab it while you can.

Why do some cards have different branding or styles?
Since I was experimenting each year, you might notice some variations in the branding and style across the collection. This was part of my creative process as I explored different themes, styles, and techniques. Hope you don't mind!

What sizes are the greeting cards?
Most of the cards are A6 or 5x7 inches, but the size may vary depending on the design year. I’ve included exact dimensions in each product listing.

Are the cards blank inside?
Yes, each card is blank inside so that you can add your own personal message.

What materials do you use?
I’ve included exact materials in each product listing, since this might be different per card.

Ordering & Payment

How can I place an order?
You can order directly through my website. Just add the cards you’d like to your cart, and follow the checkout steps.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept major credit cards, PayPal, and a few other secure payment options.

Can I order in bulk?
Since I have limited quantities, bulk orders might be tricky, but feel free to reach out if you’re interested in multiple cards. I’ll see what I can do with my remaining stock! I've added the stock info to the listings.

Which countries do you ship too?
I try to include as many countries as I can:

Europe (EU and Neighboring Europe):
Netherlands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark (excluding Faroe Islands and Greenland), Germany, Estonia, Finland, France (including Monaco), Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (excluding San Marino and Vatican City), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain (including Balearic Islands, excluding Canary Islands), Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Other European countries (excluding Russia)

Close to Europe:
Norway, Other neighboring European countries (excluding Russia)

Non-European Countries:
Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, South Africa, United States, Other non-European countries and Russia.


What are the shipping options and costs?
I try to offer more than one shipping method; untracked & tracked depending on what is possible. Shipping cost are really expensive, but the shipping cost reflects the actual expenses for postage incl packaging. I do not make any money from shipping prices and I prefer to keep the cost of shipping transparent.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipped based on your chosen shipping method, which can vary depending on the country and shipping method.

Netherlands: 1 week
Europe: 1 - 2 weeks
Worldwide: 2 - 3 weeks

Note: These are estimated times, and some packages may take longer due to customs or other delays.

Do I have to pay customs fees or VAT import taxes?
Depends, if you’re ordering internationally, you may be responsible for customs fees or VAT, depending on your country’s regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
Please note that I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any orders. This policy is in place due to the nature of my products, which are often limited in stock.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to me within 7 days of delivery. I will do my best to resolve any issues. However, please note that damages incurred during shipping cannot be refunded.
